MEMORIAL HOLE SPONSOR

Your loved one who tragically lost their life to fentanyl poisoning will be honored with their name and photo on a sign at the hole.

The 12" x 18" framed memorial photo is yours to keep after the event. Those not in attendance will have their memorial photos mailed to them.
